Terms of Use

Last updated: 08 August 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Placed website.

Information only

The website describes B2B software, marketing, lender-listing and workflow technology services for commercial finance brokers, introducers, lenders and professional partners. It is not financial advice, credit broking advice, an offer of finance or a financial promotion by Placed in its own name.

No lender, broker or adviser status

Placed Media Ltd is not a lender, is not a credit broker, is not FCA authorised and does not provide financial advice. Placed does not act for, advise, arrange finance for, or make recommendations to borrowers. Where campaigns, listings or workflows involve lending products, all financial-promotion approvals, advice, arranging, lending decisions, regulated activity and customer outcomes remain the responsibility of the relevant lender, broker or authorised firm. If a case requires broking or arranging, that activity is carried out by an appropriately authorised or accredited broker at arm’s length to Placed, such as Posfin Capital Limited, FCA FRN 913022, where appointed.

Platform use, campaigns and approvals

Specific platform access, listings or campaigns require a written schedule, subscription or service agreement, including approval responsibilities, data roles, complaint routing, suppression rules and record-keeping expectations. Website content alone does not create a client engagement. Any criteria matching or filtering is informational workflow support only and is not a recommendation or suitability assessment.

No reliance

You should not rely on website content as legal, regulatory, financial or advertising-platform advice. You should take your own advice before launching a campaign or relying on any compliance position.

Intellectual property

Website content, design, copy, materials and brand assets are owned by or licensed to Placed Media Ltd unless stated otherwise.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, website content is provided on an “as is” basis and may be updated without notice.
